Shipping policy

Shipping
We ship worldwide except for those restricted areas stated by the
courrier agencies.
in case you are not sure if your country of preference is included, kindly
email us at info@kemetlifestyle.co for custom shipping options
available.

All domestic (Egypt and soon Greece) orders are delivered by fedex
express, delivery takes 2 to 5 business days after the order has been
processed.
All international orders are delivered by fedex express or DHL service.
you will receive your purchase in 2-8 business days after the order has
been processed.

We process and send orders during our main service hours, monday to
friday, from 10:00 am to 6pm. please allow us up to 48 hours to process
your order.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email update with
shipping details along with the associated tracking number. you may
follow the link in the email to check the estimated arrival of your order.

Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur,
depending on your region and local customs duties. these charges are
at the customer’s own expense.
We are not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping agency or
destination customs process.
