Returns

For the time being, we can’t offer international returns, we will update
you very soon.
For domestique returns, Merchandise can be returned for an exchange
of size or item for equal or greater value.

to return a purchase, your items must meet the following conditions:
- be returned within 10 days of your delivery date
- be in its original, unused, unaltered, and unwashed condition                                           - be returned with original tags and packaging
return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
as the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives back with us,
ensure that you get proof of postage in case you need to contact us
about your return.
returns that have been worn, used, altered, or damaged will not be
accepted and may be sent back to you and/or a refund refused.
we don't accept returns for unwanted items after the relevant returns
period above.
kindly be aware that final sale items, are non-returnable.

Exchanges

We do accept returns. we ask that you return the original merchandise
for a refund and proceed to place a new order for the appropriate item.

Refunds

exchange your item, store credit will be issued to you at no expiration
date. Items are eligible for store credit within 7 days after return.
