Shipping
We ship worldwide except for those restricted areas stated by the courrier agencies. In case you are not sure if your country of preference is included, kindly email us at info@kemetlifestyle.co for custom shipping options available.
All domestic (Egypt and soon Greece) orders are delivered by fedex express, delivery takes 2 to 5 business days after the order has been processed.
All international orders are delivered by fedex express or DHL service. You will receive your purchase in 2-8 business days after the order has been processed.
We process and send orders during our main service hours, monday to friday, from 10:00 am to 6pm. please allow us up to 48 hours to process your order.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email update with shipping details along with the associated tracking number. you may follow the link in the email to check the estimated arrival of your order.
Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customer’s own expense.
We are not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping agency or destination customs process.
Returns
For the time being, we can’t offer international returns, we will update you very soon.
For domestique returns, Merchandise can be returned for an exchange of size or item for equal or greater value.

To return a purchase, your items must meet the following conditions:
- be returned within 10 days of your delivery date
- be in its original, unused, unaltered, and unwashed condition
- be returned with original tags and packaging
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. As the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives back with us, ensure that you get proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return.
Returns that have been worn, used, altered, or damaged will not be accepted and may be sent back to you and/or a refund refused. We don't accept returns for unwanted items after the relevant returns period above.
Kindly be aware that final sale items, are non-returnable.
Exchanges
We do accept returns. we ask that you return the original merchandise for a refund and proceed to place a new order for the appropriate item.
Refunds
No refunds or cancellations, merchandise can be returned for an exchange of size or item or of equal or greater value. If you don’t wish to exchange your item, store credit will be issued to you at no expiration date. Items are eligible for store credit within 7 days after return.
